Refund Policy

01Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are considered only for payments made directly through Gconcept's official booking channels. The following are generally eligible for a refund:

• Driving range bay bookings cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
• Coaching sessions cancelled at least 48 hours before the appointment.
• Paid event registrations cancelled before the event's registration deadline, unless stated otherwise on the event page.
• Pre-purchased packages that have not been partially used, where the refund request is made within 7 days of purchase.

02Non-Refundable Items

Certain purchases are not eligible for refunds:

• Bookings, coaching sessions or events cancelled after the applicable notice period.
• No-shows or arrivals more than 30 minutes after the scheduled start time.
• Packages, add-ons or rewards that have been partially or fully redeemed.
• Payments made via cash or manual bank transfer more than 30 days prior to the refund request.

03Refund Process

To request a refund, contact us at gconcepts@gconceptgolf.com with your booking reference and reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 to 14 working days. The exact timeline depends on your bank or payment provider.

04Refund Amount

Where a refund is approved, Gconcept may apply a reasonable administrative fee to cover processing and payment gateway charges. Event-specific refund terms, where different from this policy, are stated on the relevant event page and take precedence.

05Cancellations by Gconcept

If Gconcept cancels a booking, session or event for any reason, a full refund will be issued, or the booking may be rescheduled at no additional cost. We are not liable for any incidental expenses you may have incurred.
