01Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of Gconcept's driving range, coaching services, events and website constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part, please refrain from using our services.

02Facility Use

Gconcept operates daily from 11:00 AM to 3:00 AM the following day. When using our facilities, you agree to:

• Follow all instructions from Gconcept staff regarding safety and conduct.
• Treat equipment, bays and premises with care; you may be held responsible for damage caused by misuse.
• Respect the comfort of other guests, including observing any designated quiet or non-smoking areas.
• Comply with applicable age restrictions, including those governing the clubhouse and cigar lounge.

03Bookings and Payments

Bookings are confirmed once payment is received and acknowledged by Gconcept. All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Cancellations and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.

04Membership and Rewards

Membership benefits, tier progression and reward points are managed at Gconcept's discretion. Points and rewards carry no cash value and may expire or be adjusted in line with programme rules. Gconcept reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership accounts that breach these terms.

05Events

Event details, pricing, inclusions and dates are published on the relevant event pages and may change without prior notice. Registration is confirmed only after payment is received and acknowledged. Event-specific terms take precedence over general terms where they differ.

06Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, imagery and text, is the property of Gconcept or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

07Liability

Gconcept is not liable for any personal injury, loss or damage arising from your use of facilities or services, except where caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct. We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings on our premises.

08Changes to These Terms

Gconcept may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
